3.   其他外國(guó)人員（C類）

     Other Foreign Workers（C Class）

    滿足國(guó)內(nèi)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)需求，符合國(guó)家政策規(guī)定的其他外國(guó)人員

 Other foreign works who meet the needs of domestic labor market and meet the requirements of national policies

l   外國(guó)人申請(qǐng)工作簽證所需材料

Documents for Applying Working Permit of Foreigner

1.     護(hù)照 Passport；

2.     學(xué)歷證明 Education Certificates；

3.     體檢報(bào)告 Physical Examination；

4.     工作資歷證明 Certificate of Working Experience；

5.     無(wú)犯罪記錄證明 No Criminal Record;

6.     任職證明 Appointment Letter；

7.     聘任單位營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照 Business License；

8.     正面免冠照片 Passport-size Photo；

    入境前準(zhǔn)備(Before Entry)

    受理機(jī)構(gòu)：廣州市外國(guó)專家局/廣州市公安局出入境管理局（Administration of Foreign Experts / Bureau of Exit & Entry Administration）

    步驟二：10 個(gè)工作日

    Step 2: 10 Working Days

    入境體檢和工作許可(Physical examination and Notice)

    持商務(wù)簽證入境體檢,到外國(guó)專家局辦理許可通知（Take Physical Examination and Apply Working Permit Notice）

    體檢機(jī)構(gòu)：廣東國(guó)際旅行衛(wèi)生保健中心（Health Center of International Traveling of Guangdong）

    受理機(jī)構(gòu)：廣州市外國(guó)專家局（Administration of Foreign Experts）

    步驟三：時(shí)間根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)厍闆r

    Step 3: Time depends on local condition

    出境辦理Z簽證(Z Visa)

    回本國(guó)辦理Z簽證（Back to Foreigner’s Country for Z Visa）

    受理機(jī)構(gòu)：駐當(dāng)?shù)氐闹袊?guó)大使館（Chinese Embassy in the Local Area）

    步驟四：10個(gè)工作日

    Step 4: 10 Working Days

    入境辦理《就業(yè)證》(Working Permit)

    廣州市外國(guó)專家局辦理《外國(guó)人就業(yè)許可證》（Apply to Administration of Foreign Experts of Working Permit）

    受理機(jī)構(gòu)：廣州市外國(guó)專家局（Administration of Foreign Experts）

    步驟五：20個(gè)工作日

    入境辦理《居留許可》(Resident Permit)

    出入境管理局辦理居留許可（Apply to Exit & Entry Administration of Resident Permit）

    受理機(jī)構(gòu)：廣州市公安局出入境管理局（Bureau of Exit & Entry Administration）
